“Tune In”

In Kundalini Yoga, we begin each class by ‘tuning in’ to ourselves and to the wisdom within us. Join Nina Mongendre and Sarah Bernier from Relax Already Yoga for a dynamic yoga set followed by a healing relaxation and meditation. We will work on bringing the body and the mind back into balance. You will experience and learn powerful techniques to regulate the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system and invite more calm and happiness into your life.

Jessica Grippo, women’s health counselor with Laughing Sage Wellness, will lead us through an interactive session on living in-sync with your female body.
Did you know there are 4 distinct phases of your menstrual cycle? Knowing what they are and how to care for your body hormonally, physically, and emotionally during each phase is key to living to a symptom-free and successful life!
