About Jessica Grippo, HHC
Jessica is a certified holistic health counselor who comes to this practice after her own personal struggles with the frustrating symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). After years of dealing with an absent menstrual cycle, bouts of depression, and creative blocks, she discovered Laughing Sage Wellness and enrolled in a program that transformed her health and her life forever.
Jessica received a B.A. in psychology from New York University and a certificate in holistic health counseling from the Integrative Nutrition program at Columbia University’s Teachers College. As an apprentice at Laughing Sage Wellness, she then deepened her training in women’s holistic health, learning the intricacies of women’s hormonal issues and LSW’s unique food- and lifestyle-based approach to treating them. Ever since, she has been counseling women to heal both physically and emotionally.
Integrating her background in dance and performance, Jessica is an engaging and gifted speaker, and has been a guest presenter at NYU, the New School, Baruch College, The Young Women’s Leadership Schools, the Women’s Mosaic, and other corporations and colleges in the NYC area.
