Yoga for Mental Wellness

Join Elizabeth Plapinger of The Breathing Project for Yoga for Mental Wellness.  This gentle and relaxing class will help heal the body and mind.  The Breathing Project is located at 15 W.  26th Street, 10th floor, NY, NY (between 6th Avenue and Broadway) and are held Tuesday mornings from 10:00 am – 11:15 am, and Thursday afternoons from 4:00 – 5:15 pm.  Please call or email Elizabeth to pre-register at 551-358-2269 or Elizabeth@breathingproject.org.
