Sarah first became interested in yoga while living in Southern California. It was in the midst of a cross-country drive with her brother in 2001 that she spontaneously announced she wanted to “learn yoga.” Sarah trained to become a teacher in 2005-6 with Hari Kaur in New York City where she met Nina Mongendre, a French girl wearing Brown University sweatpants. The two became fast friends and teamed up to create Relax Already. A company dedicated to helping people in groups and organizations work better, think better and feel better through the tools of yoga and meditation. Nina and Sarah worked with many companies including Volunteers of America, UNICEFF, Girl Scouts of America, Pratt Institute, King’s County Hospital, NY Law School, Spa Expo, NY & Co., Myspace, NY Palace Hotel, Laughing Sage Wellness and Conversion Partners to name a few. Nina was called away to Europe and then eventually re-located to Los Angeles. Sarah continued to teach and eventually joined forces with the powerful ladies of Reflections Yoga to take over their Corporate Wellness Programs. Sarah continues her work with Reflections and co-created Reflections/Relax Already’s Corporate Yoga Teacher Training Program with Paula Tursi, Director of Relfections Yoga.

Relax Already is now a platform for all things yoga and wellness, all things that will help humans feel better, just by learning to Relax Already.

Sarah has a BA in Communications from University of Rhode Island. She has studied many forms of yoga and is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and also has a certification in Chair Yoga and Pre-Natal Yoga. Sarah has studied Naad & Mantra with SatKirin Kaur, and also emerged herself in a Level 2 Mind & Meditation training with Gurumeher Singh in India. Sarah embraces the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and shares the teachings with humor and love.
