Pre-Natal Yoga & Meditation
The newest addition to the Relax Already Menu! After her 200-hour certification, Sarah began exploring continuing education within the yogic community and found the Khalsa Way Pre-Natal training. Sarah held off on this training until January of 2012, when she was 20 weeks pregnant and felt she could get the most from the training. Who better to teach (and learn) pre-natal yoga then pregnant women?
Sarah completed the hours for this training in April of 2012 and is thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and experience with other new mothers. Pre-natal classes are 90 minutes and contain all the components of a traditional yoga class.
What to expect during a typical class:
- Time to share
- Breath work
- Stretching, movement, dance, yoga postures to help with discomfort
- Yogic suggestions for pregnancy
- Meditation
- Relaxation
